Column Descriptions:
- SKU_ID: Unique product identifier
- Date: Sales date (YYYY-MM-DD format)
- Units_Sold: Number of units sold on that date
- Current_Inventory: Current stock level
- Lead_Time: Supplier lead time in days
- Category: Product category
- Selling_Price: Current selling price
